Pineapple Muffins has a great flavor and is loved especially by kids. Muffins has always been easy on the go snack and also a quick breakfast . I think muffins also helps us experiment and is good for a beginner bakers like me. This was a tasty treat inspired by the pineapple upside down cake and my family enjoyed.
