Bread Vada Bread vada can be made with left over bread, it is an instant vada. It is a yummy tea time snack and can be made in a jiffy.This recipe is inspired from Mrs. Vahchef YouTube Channel. It is soft and spongy in the inside and crispy outside. It is mildly spiced and flavored with pearl onions,ginger and curry leaves. Try this, you will surely love it. Fruit Sandwich Want a quick and tasty tea time snack? Try these quick and delicious sweet tea sandwich. The filling is whipped cream and fruits and you can not stop at one as these are irresistible. This recipe is adapted from Japanese fruit sandwich.Kids will surely love it. Use any fruit of your choice to make this sandwich. Ingredients Bread slices-6 Heavy whipping cream- 1 cup Sugar- 3-4 tsp Fruits of your choice I used mango slices, strawberry and kiwi Using a hand or standing mixer first whip the cream. In a bowl whisk chilled whipping cream for about two minutes. Gradually add the sugar,little by little and continue whipping  till it attains soft peaks. Cut off the bread crusts neatly and spread the cream. Arrange the fruits and top with a bread slice. Cover and wrap with a cling wrap. Orange Blossom Brioche Bread

This months baking partners challenge recipe is Brioche. It is a rich and unique French bread. It is a kind of tender pastry bread with eggs and butter. It is often used as a base for many desserts too.This bread is flavored with orange blossom water. This recipe suggested by Swathi is adapted from Dominique Ansel's book  The Secret Recipes . I have never tried baking the Brioche bread and was little intimidated in the beginning. I am glad I tried this recipe. Thanks Swathi. Baking Partners challenge for February was suggested by Marisa of Thermofan. This month challenge recipe is empanadas.The Galician empanada is a variety of popular stuffed bread in Galician cuisine. It is a delicious recipe from Spain. Galicia is an autonomous community located in the north west of spain, most popular for its sea food delicacy. These empanadas are popular stuffed bread with fish or vegetarian filling. Marisa shared a recipe with sardine fish filling. Since I could not find sardine, I used Salmon fish for my filling.
